Ministry Assistants of Colorado (MAC)

Ministry Assistants of Colorado (MAC) is a network of the ministry support staff of Colorado Southern Baptist Churches. Full-time, part-time or volunteer church secretaries/ministry assistants, financial secretaries, those who assist the ministerial staff in the day-to-day business of the church office, assisting in the ministry of the church, are who we call "Ministry Assistants".

A conference is held each year to provide ministry assistants with training, encouragement, Bible study and fellowship. Training sessions cover various aspects of a church office and we welcome suggestions from our churches for training topics that would be beneficial to your church office. The conference also offers a time of Bible study, personal reflection and relaxation, providing an opportunity for each MA to be revitalized in their ministry. We encourage ministry assistants to contact each other or their association office or the Colorado Baptists' office for assistance with any questions or needs the church may have or for encouragement from someone else who understands the ministry of the church office. MAC provides a network of ideas, experience, common practices, and support.
