MORNING SESSION: CHANGING THE SCORECARD FOR THE CHURCH - The missional church movement is changing the focus from DOING church better on a Sunday to BEING the church better all week long.  This calls for a change in ministry scorecard.  This presentation will overview the missional church movement, with particular attention to how congregations shift their ministries and what they celebrate.

AFTERNOON SESSION: KEEPING A HEART FOR MINISTRY - Spiritual leadership makes emotional and spiritual demands on ministers that can threaten to cause ministry leaders to lose heart.  This presentation takes a look at key personal practices that enable ministers to maintain their personal, emotional and spiritual vitality.
