New Pastor Moves to Leadville

Dennis Hendrickson and his wife, Bonnie, have accepted the pastorate of Mountain Crest Baptist Church in Leadville. They have just completed their move to Colorado from Deltona, Florida. For the last few weeks, they have been living in the church building while they search for a house.

Dennis spent about 16 years in the business community in sales and management. He also served as lay minister in many areas of church life.

They have now been in full time ministry for about 20 years, 5 of those years as a missionary in Honduras.

The Hendrickson's have two grown children: A married daughter who, with the Hendrickson's two grandchildren, lives in Jacksonville, Florida, and a married son living in Nashville, Tennessee. He works for Liberty University.

Pastor Dennis reports that there has already been an upturn in attendance with 24 in the morning service and 18 in the evening. Please pray for the Hendrickson's as they lead Mountain Crest Baptist to reach out to their community with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
