Denver PowerPlant

On Monday, June 21, 159 middle and high school students unloaded vans to serve our church planters in and around Denver. These students were participating in the North American Mission Board's PowerPlant - a pre-packaged mission trip that is designed to engage students in church planting and evangelism.

During the week of June 21, the students received church planting training, on-site ministry serving side-by-side with a church planter and corporate worship each night. Several decisions for Christ were made throughout our Denver communities as well as personal decisions among the students that attended PowerPlant.

God was definitely at work in Denver during the week of PowerPlant...here are the numbers:

  • 218 Presentations of the Gospel
  • 80 People had questions about a relationship with Jesus

  • 139 Gospel tracts handed out
