Orchard Mesa Baptist Church is blessed with more baptisms than expected

While Orchard Mesa Baptist Church planned a baptism service for 3 people, God had a much bigger and better plan in mind for a chilly June day in Grand Junction! Reverend Bob Babcox and his Associate Pastors began their baptism celebration in the river and as each person was baptized, more individuals came forward with a desire to take the next step in their faith, for a total of 7 baptisms that day. Local kayakers even joined in on the celebration applauding and cheering for each person making the decision. It was truly a public declaration of a personal decision! We celebrate new life in Christ!
